We use electronic work – orders and communication with vendors and Owners so we can quickly resolve maintenance requests.

Efficient Dues Collections

To best serve our residents, we provide easy, online payment options. We give residents the option of paying with ACH/auto draft, credit or debit card, and drop off locations throughout Tulsa.

FCAS has a great reputation as a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international professional organization with members and chapters world-wide. CAI provides professional education in Association Property Management and legal case studies that can help all Associations. By utilizing many of the CAI services and materials, we are able to provide a much higher level of service to our Association Clients. FCAS meets or exceeds the standards set by the Code of Ethics for CAI, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Professional Standards set by the National Apartment Association (NAA).
